Ingredients are taken and muddled up in kneading mixer to from dough.
This dough passes through the machine to cut dough into balls.
Then it is pressed in a hydraulically operated press to form a round Chapatti. This round Chapatti then travels to then oven.
After baking its ready for cooling.
